Virus Removal Even the best Security Software sometimes can't remove a virus. Some viruses are specifically designed to knock out Security Software and render them useless. Sometimes viruses are designed to be stealthy, reproductive, or even to fool you into thinking it is your own Security Software. Or worse yet, multiple viruses are working in tangent to achieve their intended goal - theft and/or destruction! Either way, it takes special skills and special tools to remove most virus without damaging your computer. Sometimes we can't even do it and the best choice is a Wipe and Reinstall. The average bill for Virus Removal is about $50-$100 and usually takes about 1-3 hours. |
Wipe and Reinstall A service we provided for clients who request their computers to be set back to original manufacturer settings; or at the recommendation of us, is the best choice to fix your computer. With the exception of a complete hard drive failure, a Data Recovery is always performed before a Wipe and Reinstall procedure to secure all your personal files before the computer is reset. Once the Wipe and Reinstall is successful, your personal files are restored. Wipe and Reinstall (with or without Data Recovery) usually takes 4-8 hours (most of it is automatic and not billable) and costs usually $100-$150.

Data Recovery Clearly this is one of the most popular services we do. Why? Because we are the only IT business in the area that offers this service at an affordable rate. Every time we take in a computer for repair, a Data Recovery is done to prevent Data Loss and that service is free. Now a true Data Recovery is one where the hard drive of a computer has been wiped - formatted - damaged - or dropped. In most cases we can recover almost all the data from these drive. This service usually takes 6-8 hours, most which is automatic and unbillable. Cost ranged from $25 to $200, depending on time and amount of data recovered. |

Backup Systems
Something we can not stress enough to clients. BACKUP - BACKUP - BACKUP - BACKUP!
Backup systems can be as simple as attaching an external hard drive, to something as complex as setting up an off-site remote backup server through a Virtual Private Network.
We have the solution to whatever backup service you need at a surprisingly affordable cost. Backup Systems start at $75. |
Upgrades and Repairs As computers get older they will need a few upgrades to keep up with the advancements in technologies. Or to replace worn out or damaged parts; after all, computers still have mechanical components. Most parts are reasonable in cost, and the upgrade/repair time is usually minimum, averaging 1-2 hours at most. On the average, to max out the memory in your desktop cost about $100 or less. Replacement hard drive costs about $100 or less. |
